About the Course
Baking is a wonderful skill to learn, especially during the summer when there's nothing better than fresh homemade treats. This Baking Camp is designed with a logical and practical approach, perfect for beginners looking to dive into the world of baking. We will cover four essential baking modules to give students a solid foundation.

The Four Modules

  2. Bread Making with Dips
  3. Cookies & Biscuits
  4. Baked Desserts

What You Will Learn
The course is broken down into four hands-on modules over four days:

Day 1 - Module I: Cupcakes with icing

  • Almond Jaggery Whole Wheat Cake
  • Carrot Cake with Cream cheese Frosting 
  • Fresh Mango Cake with Coconut Buttercream Icing
  • Chocolate Strawberry Cake with Milk Chocolate Ganache
    Piping techniques: Swirl and Lying Down Rose.

Day 2 - Module II: Bread Making with Dips

  • Sundried Tomatoes & Olive Focaccia
  • Pesto Babka
  • Dominos Garlic Bread 

Day 3 - Module III: Cookies & Biscuits

  • Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie
  • Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookie
  • Pistachio & Cranberry Shortbread
  • Brookie

Day 4 - Module IV: Baked Desserts

  • Apple Cinnamon Muffin 
  • Oats Strudel Muffin 
  • Mango Cheesecake
  • Chocolate Caramel Tart

What Makes This Course Special?
This is a fully hands-on course where students will learn key baking techniques like measuring ingredients, kneading, piping, and following recipes. The aim is to ensure all young chefs understand the concepts and feel confident enough to recreate these treats at home.
