About the Course:
In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of pizza-making, gaining a solid understanding of various doughs, crust styles, sauces, and toppings. This foundational course will equip you with essential skills in kneading, rolling, shaping, and topping pizzas.
What Will You Be Learning?
Pizza Bases:
You will learn to make two types of bases:
- Maida Base
- Whole Wheat Base
Crust Styles:
You will master two types of crust:
- Thin Crust
- Classic Crust
Sauces:
You will prepare various sauces, including:
- Roasted Italian Sauce
- Pesto Sauce
- White Sauce
Toppings:
Explore a variety of toppings, such as:
- Roasted Potatoes
- Grilled Vegetables (Zucchini, Squash, Mushrooms, etc.)
- Basil Oil
- Garlic Oil
- Oven-Dried Tomatoes
You will also learn to create unique combinations of cheeses (Cheddar, Feta, Gouda), nuts, and fruits (Figs, Pears, etc.) to elevate your pizzas.
Course Format:
This will be a fully hands-on course. You will work in pairs to make two types of dough (Maida and Whole Wheat) and create your own pizzas, which you can enjoy on-site or take home to share with loved ones.

All ingredients and materials needed for the course will be provided. A recipe printout and pen will also be given.
