About the Course
Baking is a wonderful skill to learn, especially during the summer when there's nothing better than fresh homemade treats. This Baking Camp is designed with a logical and practical approach, perfect for beginners looking to dive into the world of baking. We will cover four essential baking modules to give students a solid foundation.

The course is broken down into four hands-on modules over four days:
Day 1 - Module I: Jar cakes & Tea Cakes
- Blueberry tea cake with lemon glaze
- Apple and caramel Tea Cake
- Chocolate coffee jar cake with Chocolate frosting
- Mango cake with fresh cream frosting
Day 2 - Module II: Tarts & Pies
- Strawberry Tart
- Blueberry cheese cake Tart
- Onion Pepper Quiche
- Spinach ricotta & Sundried tomato Pie
Day 3 - Module III: Donuts & Berliners
- Sugar Coated Donuts
- Chocolate glazed Donuts
- Custard Filled Berliners
- Chocolate cream filled Berliners
Day 4 - Module IV: Brownies & Blondies
- Snickers Brownies
- Belguim chocolate Brownies
- Nutella filled Blondies
- Rose & Pista Blondies
What Makes This Course Special?
This is a fully hands-on course where students will learn key baking techniques like measuring ingredients, kneading, piping, and following recipes. The aim is to ensure all young chefs understand the concepts and feel confident enough to recreate these treats at home.
