About the Course:
In this fun and engaging cooking workshop, we will teach kids the basics of cooking, focusing on easy-to-make meals. This fully hands-on course is designed to help young chefs gain culinary skills while having a blast making and enjoying their delicious creations. The course is divided into four exciting modules:

1. Pasta Making
2. Tacos & Nachos Making
3. Pizza Making
4. Veg Sushi Making

Modules:

1. Day 1- Pasta Making
• Pasta from scratch- Fettuccine, Lasagna Sheets & Tagliatelle
• Sauces- Roasted tomato sauce & White sauce 
• How to make two pasta dishes and lasagna 
• Skills Covered:Cutting Vegetables, Roasting veggies, Dough making, kneading, Making pasta and serving pasta will be covered.
2. Day 2- Tacos & Nachos Making

• Nachos from scratch
• Soft Tacos from scratch
• Fillings- 1. Refried beans with cottage cheese & corn 2. Mexican Kebab
• Dips- Salsa, Guacamole, & Sour Cream
• Skills covered- Making of nachos dough with shaping, Making of tacos dough and shaping, cutting veggies, marination and serving style

3. Day 3- Pizza Making

• Dough and crust - Maida base with thick and thin crust
• Sauces- Tomato Sauce & white sauce  
• Topping- Mushroom, Corn, Capsicum, Olives, Jalapeños and more
• Cheeses- Cheddar, Mozzarella & Feta
• Skills covered- Making dough, Making both the crusts with topping and cheese.

4. Day 4- Veg Sushi Making

• Cucumber & Cream cheese Maki 
• Pesto & Grilled Zucchini California roll 
• Paneer tikka Nigiri
• Skills covered- Making of sticky rice, Cutting according to sushi rolling, Rolling and cutting of sushi, serving of sushi’s
