Day 1 (EGGLESS CAKE BAKING & ICING)

Orange upside down cake, Fresh Mango cake, Red velvet cake, capuccino cake, tropical fruit gateau cake, Triple chocolate mousse cake 

Icing 

Whipped cream icing 

Techniques- Layering of a cake, Icing or covering a cake, Piping Techniques with basic gel decoration  

Day 2 (EGGLESS CAKE BAKING & ICING)

Chocolate orange truffle cake, Caramel infused chocolate cake, Chocolate bavarian cake, Cake in a jar 

 

Icing- Chocolate ganache and Cream cheese 

Techniques- Working with chocolate ganache, hot water method and chocolate decoration 

DAY 3 (FONDANT DECORATION)

Basic fondant figurines, 2D, 3D figurines, human figurines with basic ideas of theme cakes  

DAY 4 (COOKIES & BISCUITS)
Shrewsberry, nutella choco chip, pista & rose short bread, caramel blondie, brookie 
DAY 5 (EGGLESS DESSERTS)
Chocoalate souffle, Crème Brulle, mango cheesecake with agar agar 
Triple chocolate brownie
