CHOCOLATE MAKING COURSE (Level 1)

This course would show how to work with covertures and compound. It is a fully hands on Course where students make their own assorted chocolates and take home their creations. The various techniques required in using couvertures and compound will be covered.

Course Instruction

The techniques involved are

Tempering done by seeding method and tabling method
How to test the tempered chocolates 
Comparing couvertures and compound chocolate 
Colouring of chocolates 
Adding flavors 
Adding Liquid flavoring
Mould filling techniques 
How to fill chocolate with soft filling 
Packaging of chocolates  
The Course will also cover various fillings and flavors

Fully hands on

Compulsory Tempering by each students
